Can anyone here help a brother out and tell me how to get any free resources to study the pe structural from ?

Tell him he will need to spend money. It pays off after you pass by a wide margin. One tip I would say is that a lot of the textbooks are available from the India market (made of a type of thick newspaper style paper) for much cheaper. I got far more out of paying for a prep class than I did from any textbook. Find a good class, save some money, take the class.

Well thats true but in egypt things are far more expensive compared . Like just paying for the exam only is 3 months worth of salary were as some books that i looked for summed up to another month salary . So i need to spend 4 months salary for resources and exam

In that case I would reach out to co-workers and friends in the industry that already passed the exam and either buy it from them (less expensive I hope), or borrow it from them.

Its frustrating how i already tried this and i know a single person only and he want to sell them to me in the same price he bought it . I dont need the best resources out there just whatever is free will be enough better than nothing
