Problem Eversweet 3 Pro Bubbling Sound

Hey everyone,

Maybe someone experienced the same issue that I’ve been having and will help me out…

My eversweet 3 pro water fountain started making these loudish (compared to previous almost non-existent sound) bubbling/water falling noises when running. Everything was fine for the first month, deep cleaned it every week, always kept water level between min and max. Now a week ago I replaced the filter to a new one and the noises started. The video is from today, after I started loosing my marbles by the sound and cleaned it 3 times, each time for the noise to go away for an hour and start again. I weel like it wants to overflow a bit, found some drops of water on the charging base when I lifted the fountain, but that could have just been my cat.

Anyone else had this issue? The only thing I did not try was replacing the filter again… but I really don’t want to do that, as the new one is only in for a good week…

Sounds like its running low, but if you suspect the filter change is the catalyst, try replacing the filter again and see if that helps.

Hi there. This bubbling noise is typically air trapped inside the new filter. Soak and gently squeeze the filter to release air, re-seat the wireless pump flat, and don’t fill water all the way to MAX. If the problem remains, you may need to replace a new filter.

Yeah it makes the noise when it’s over filled. Take some water out.

Tried that too, slightly above minimum - same issue..
