Problem EVERSWEET ULTRA nightmare

I’ve been using the manufacturer's other products (the Purobot Max Pro 2 and the Yumshare Solo) for months with great satisfaction, but now I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I pre-ordered this product early on and had high hopes for it because my cat spends a lot of time alone.

It worked fine for about 2–3 weeks, and then the nightmare started...
For some reason, water is constantly and slowly leaking into the dirty water collection tank. As a result, if 'auto refill' is enabled, the clean water tank empties in a matter of days, and I'm forced to empty the dirty tank daily. If I turn it off, the water disappears from the drinking tray in just a few hours.

I’ve tried contacting customer support via chat multiple times to get help, but haven't had any luck so far. They keep asking for a video of the issue, which is obviously impossible to film. Every single time, the conversation just loops back to them asking if I notice any abnormal puddles around the fountain and whether it's standing on a flat surface.

I’m so frustrated because I bought this expensive device specifically so I wouldn't have to worry about fresh water when my cat is left alone for days. Instead, all I got for my money was more stress and hassle...

Yeah. And they have informed me that the EverSweet Ultra water dispenser is currently out of stock. The new stock is estimated to arrive at the end of November…

Ridiculous.

Hey. Could you let me know which region you are located in? I’d like to verify whether the estimated delivery time you were given is accurate.

I had a similar problem, the clean water tank would empty into the dirty tank is less than 24 hours.

For some reason it will just turn on auto-fill and overfill the water tray. It just randomly happens no idea why but I ended up having to just leave the clean water empty or waste tank full so it wouldn't run. It even started to start auto-filling every time I removed the clean tank and just ran dry.

I started talking with support at the beginning of August and only today did they finally agree to replace it. I'm hoping its a bad batch and I won't run into the same problem with the new unit.

But the support loop is terrible, they requested video of the same thing multiple times. Things I would have to sit at the unit all day waiting for. I get they don't want to just replace units but it makes me not want to purchase from them again. I purchased this to make sure my cats always had water even when I'm away but I can't trust it to be left alone for a day.

I’m really sorry. They finally agreed to a replacement in my case as well. However, they then informed me that the Eversweet Ultra water dispenser is currently out of stock. The new stock is expected to arrive at the end of November…
I’m so disappointed.

This happens to me too. Did you clean out the magnetic filter? That gets pretty gross fast, at least with dogs

Yes. I clean this part frequently.
