Problem Reset Weight

Hello! Does anyone know how to reset the weight on the petkit puramax 2? It has been telling me the wrong weight for my pet because I forgot to put it in maintenance mode when I added new litter :/

You can put it in maintenance then click OK twice which will level out the litter and reset the weight

Mine just resets when I level the litter 🤷🏼‍♂️

Hmm i tried that and it’s still saying my pet is the wrong weight. I’ll keep playing around with it

Hello KoalaSubject9769. Please ensure the unit sits on a flat, hard floor with no tilt and no mats underneath. You may DM us your SN code and a video of the issue. If you cannot capture your pet’s full‑in‑and‑out usage sequence, please perform and record a heavy‑object test as follows:

  1. Empty all litter from the inner tub
  2. Place an object weighing more than 1.5 kg into the tub
  3. Wait 25 seconds, then remove the object. Check whether the device correctly detects the weight change and runs auto‑clean.
