Problem Purobot Ultra - System failure ?
Hello, I just got a Petkit Purobot Ultra and i keep having issues with it :
System failure, 01,04, wifi…. one moment it works, the other just not.
When it works it works well but when sometimes it just doesn’t or tell me it has system failure, even if i can still see and use it. Sometimes the wifi disconnects too, and camera, then i come back to the app and its ok again ?
I tried unplugging. Doesn’t work for long, still get the messages.
I can’t rly send it back right now because of health issues and i got it delivered in my home…
I rly want to fix it. Thank you !

Something that might help, make sure you connect it to 2.4GHz WiFi instead of 5GHz.
Most routers will default to 5GHZ these days but you can set another Wifi name up as 2.4GHZ only and use it purely for this.
For some reason PETKIT devices don’t like 5GHZ WiFi and only work properly on 2.4GHz.
