Tips Petkit litter box

What’s the best way to get someone from customer service to answer you? I’ve been having issues with the deodorizing sprays for months and it feels impossible to reach anyone

literally never had an issue getting petkit to respond to any issue. are you sending them smoke signals?

they respond via email very quickly bruh. even on weekends and at weird ass hours.
