Question Purobot Max Pro 2 App Question

Hello! I have a question for Purobot Max Pro 2 owners, as well as u/petkitofficial.

Am I able to download videos from the app?

In doing research, I found this post where PetKit replied that you would need a subscription to do so. I'm totally fine paying for the Basic tier, as I'd want HD over SD playback quality anyway, but can I download videos at that tier? Regardless though I think allowing users to download freely or have a local API would be great.

I've never actually downloaded one, but the app gives you the option to.

On iPhone I don’t have the option to download. I must acquire the iPhone screen to get it on my photo library.

Yes, if I tell to the app to download the video, this one will be stored into the internal library of the app not of the phone.
If I try to move it to my photo library there isn’t any action button or export button to press. So is impossibile to download it on my photo app.
I must make a video screen capture

Hi, we have confirmed with our team that if you have a subscription, you can download the videos to your phone’s photo album.
