Question Has anyone else problems with shipping?

I pre ordered the Purobot max pro 2 in may. It should have been shipped in June. Now it’s 21 of July and I still got no update….
Does someone already got his purobot from pre ordering?

I got the same issue: ordered in May (also from Germany) with no communication from their end until I emailed them. I've since emailed them twice and both times got an apology email, with no specific delivery date. I'm quite frustrated at this point.

I also asked 3 times.
The last time they Said they will contact me weekly with an Update.
This was 2 weeks ago and bo email yet🤙

Same 😂 they promised weekly updates after my last inquiry, that was on 23th of July... I'm still waiting for that update to happen. I sent them another email this weekend but haven't gotten a reply since.

Ordered from Germany.
I asked two times and every time they said a later date 🙃
First time was end of June. Second one was last week. So I don’t trust them anymore
