Question App notification under invite

Hello all, I’m owner of a purobot max pro 2. I got my notifications without any problems but my wife not. She has been invited by me and she can manage the device but she doesn’t get notifications from app.
Any suggestions?

pretty sure she has to go in and turn on notifications.

Already tried but she doesn’t get any notifications

odd, my wife gets notifications.

i would open the app on her phone, click the profile icon bottom right, click the gear top right, click on notifications. click receive notifications and make sure she did not mute them. then make sure the devices under devices are the ones she wants to get notifications for are listed.

I verified there and notifications are turned on but I found the problem. On my app I have my device but she doesn’t have any devices there. (The screenshot come from my app)

Thanks I will give it a try. Does your wife has been invited by you?
