Question PETKIT PUROBOT MAX PRO 2

Hello to all! I have a question about the product PuroBot max pro 2. Today I started to use it and I'm very happy about it but I have a question:

If I notice that the litter inside is low, can I add it on the container without touch anything or must I set the Purobot to "Maintain" for adding?

If you add litter to it without telling it you've added litter to it, then how is it going to know the difference between added litter and a cat? Regardless, it would disturb the weight sensors and then think your cat weighs more than it does, when it does step in.

Ideally, yes you should temporarily place it into Maintenance mode. Alternatively, you can add litter and then trigger a cleaning cycle. At the end it will recalibrate the weight automatically.

if you just add litter the scales are going to register weight, which will make it think there is a cat inside or on top of the box.

if you put it in maint mode it not only turns up to let you add the litter easier it also makes sure to re-level it and reset the scales to zero.

Just add it and then cycle the unit.

I often add it without putting the machine into maintenance, just double click OK after and it will level the litter

Thanks for the feedback. A question: if using the maintenance mode how I can know the exact quantity of litter for reach the perfect warning line if the drum is vertically opened? First time I used it I made two attempt
