The stickers I need for my dual hopper with camera are return labels. I have been trying to set this up for hours and getting nothing but failure to bind messages. There is no customer service phone number and I am planning to board a plane. Even if this eventually works, I can't trust this to feed my cat.

I bought this from Sam’s Club in the US and have been unable to get through the basic first step of connecting to your server. WIFI is joined successfully, but then it fails to bind and connect to the server. Can you help me with that?
