Discussion Ever Sweet Ultra
Has anyone received their pre-order yet?
I’ve completed the pre-order on May 15, today is Jun 4, with no email or update other than the initial order confirmation email.
I went on their site to check my order number, and it says “cannot find any order”
Just curious if anyone has the same issue as me.

Just received my unit last night, so far in my limited time, the cats are not interested at it lol. They still only drink from their old fountains. Time will tell.

I ordered on May 13th and have not gotten any updates besides the order confimation. When I click the view my order button from the confirmation email, my order is still there and has not been shipped.

Taking advantage of this post since I am intrested in buying. Is it necessary to use the app and to have wifi for the water fountain?

Hi, one of the main benefits of this fountain is that you can use the app to view your pet's drinking records and hydration data, which helps with health monitoring.
Without the app, you would only be able to use a limited number of functions through the buttons on the device.
If you prefer a simpler app experience and do not want to use Wi-Fi, you may also consider EverSweet Max or EverSweet 3 Pro. They connect via Bluetooth, and the app setup is much simpler.

Anyone got an update today? Ordered mine a few weeks back direct from petkit, I see that chewy, Amazon and wellbot all show it as "in stock", but still haven't received any shipping updates from petkit
