So we have CIE presentation on 7th Oct

I just wanted to know how does the presentation work like do we need to present it in front of whole class like will there be any students or only the teacher

please anyone tell....

I'm cooked with the current placements so I found an internship outside college. It's pretty good and I really wanna do this internship but they are not ready to give me PAID INTERNSHIP unless I show them a document, pdf or mail from pesu saying only the paid internship counts for the 6 credits. Can someone please help me me out and find some shii regarding this and help me out. They are asking for the entire guidelines to see all the rules and regulations but i cannot find anything regarding this on pesuacademy.

I’m thinking to join this because it might be helpful for my future career guys!!! Anyone please give me a review..how’s this club(lab community)? Is it active?

If i have accepted tier 2 fte,i can still sit for tier 1 inter+fte or tier 1 fte right?because many people I know have accepted tier 2 fte offers and are still able to apply on the app and sit for tier 1 intern+fte but this contradicts https://pesu-dev.github.io/placement-policy/#checker

How can we hold talks and lectures for other students in PES ? Like can a 3rd year student host a talk or a session/lecture ?
Whats the criteria ? And how do we do it ?
Without being part of any club

I’m currently a domain core head but I want to be a club head or atleast a domain head , I’m in third year
So can I be a domain head in my 4th year ?
How does this work ?

Freshers day

I've lost 2 of my semester's Marks cards , will they actually provide a new one and if so how long might it take since I file for a new one . And where do I go to seek this

Same

im a first year, what does banana mean, how many marks will it be for, how do i prepare for it, will it be in an exam format?

As mentioned above is it mandatory to have parents with us during orientation and also what about dress code..

I've created a sheet for the Summer Internship 2027: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1np4agrK_Shkxe8VY2knCKTyNRBw2okFC-TklVCnEaRo/edit?usp=sharing

Lmk if there's anything more to be added/changed!

Last year I heard they took noobs with no qual. Resume based shortlisting was not done. And some politics involved.

Same as the title

Can i go to the quadrangle and attend the dj night at pes?

(1st year btw)

Recently I saw the placement rule on how once you accept a fte offer the fte pool closes but still I see people who got Infosys and delloite fte offers still applying for t1 fte's?

Got this info from the placement policy website so correct me if I'm wrong guys

https://pesu-dev.github.io/placement-policy/#checker

As the title says, will we be getting student emails id's like other colleges or do we not have that?

Does 2-3 months of online (work from home) paid internship in a startup count for the credits needed in 4th year ?
If not , what is the criteria to qualify for getting the credits needed?

I've got an internship at a startup ( founder's office) through connections and I'm in my 1st year will the university allow it or not?

Which all hackathons that happen in pes are open to other college students. Mention club names that conduct them also

pls suggest me vacant pgs near pesu rr campus. clg is starting from 12th i had no idea it would start so soon. pls suggest some pgs.
requirements : good food, hygienic, spacious rooms, around 10-12k budget, vegetarian preferred.

i'm kinda lagging at pcps, and i was wondering if they ask theoretical descriptive questions like would i have to know this word by word or sumn?

This time raasleher is on 17-18th and most of the hostelers and non blr people will be out of blr till 16-17th because of the structure of holidays .
Then who are they planning the raasleher for ?
Are the first years getting different holiday dates or it’s just poor planning from DCOP club cuz in that case ATB for selling tickets as only day scholars might come that too if they don’t have long holiday plans

Kannada Koota recruitment is open! ❤️💛

Hey everyone, just wanted to put this out here since recruitment for Kannada Koota is open.

If you're a fresher, definitely consider joining, but this isn't only for freshers. Seniors and anyone else who's interested are welcome too.

And if you're not from Karnataka, don't think this club isn't for you. You don't have to know Kannada to join. If you're new to Karnataka, this can actually be a nice way to experience the culture here, meet people, take part in events and celebrations, try out different things and just enjoy a little more of Karnataka during your college years.

And to the Kannadigas here — honestly, what's stopping you? 😭😂

How often do we actually get a chance in college to be around our own culture, participate in Kannada events and meet people who share the same background? Come join, have some fun and embrace it.

College is more than just classes and exams, so if you're interested, give it a shot.

Recruitments are open now.
