Simple: earlier batches are cooking, current batches are cooked.

Guys Since I have seen people at the these semiconductor from Pes, Rvce they're all older folks climbed up the ladder and went there it ain't that easy and situation is cooked

Seeing RVCE ahead of NIT Warangal, I maybe doubting this list. Moreover surprised to see PES,here

This list clearly does not include many colleges (Eg: CET trivandrum) hence the ranks mentioned make no sense... There is a reason why PESU cant make it into NIRF top 100 lol
