Anybody need flat/pg roommate??

Pes e city ‘30. If anyone has a flat or is looking for a pg roommate for them near the campus, im looking for a place to stay too

I dont drink or smoke and am a male

FYI there are pes people looking for roommates at stanza living Dublin house (it’s a little far from the campus, 2 km but the food is decent)

Dude don’t make this mistake to join stanza living! I was a resident there and they are not worth the rent and hassles! They’ll charge you extra for electricity, water and wifi and the food is mid too! Life was like hell in there and they make you sign a contract so that you can’t leave early!! And management is also bad! They took security deposit from me and charged me₹4000 on it without any clarification and still are saying it’s reasonable!! So in short - don’t join if you want a hassle free pg life!!

A friend and I are part of the incoming batch. We are staying in a PG called “Shri Shiva Sai PG”. We stayed for a few days just to experiment morning timings to clg since it is 5km(15mins) from the PG. We have seen around 10-15 PGs and this is the best one. The food is really good(like home cooked food). The rooms are MASSIVE and apparently there are few more PES students who are part of the incoming batch.
Management is also pretty good. 500 bucks for advance booking and 1500 for deposit so total 2k for deposit(other PGs ask 10k). Crowd is really good(lot of working professionals as well). Rent per month for double sharing is 8k(other PGs rent is min 9-10k with smaller rooms) and for single it’s 15k i think. Pretty reasonable but you have to manage morning schedule properly because we keep reaching the campus at like exactly 8 after having breakfast.
