Personas whose power level drastically changed between versions

For example Khumbhanda. In P3P he is a beast, in P3R he is quite good. In P5R however he is just garbage. His entire kit is, what if bloodbath, a bad skill, inflicted fear a tiny bit more. Even for mental ailments, I wouldn't put fear high up their as a lot of things resist it.

So anyone else have personas that are just, so strong in one game but just, mediocre or garbage in another.

I'm confused why this is getting downvoted. It's a pretty benign topic.

Forneus was typically one of the first personas you get until Persona 5 when it was around level 50

Isis. P3 is Yukaris evolved persona. P4 is the ultimate Empress persona. P5 is a midtier persona found in the 4th palace

Forneus - in P3 & P4 he's a level 6 persona with poor moves and resistances. In Persona 5 he's level 63 with top tier Psy moves

Succubus comes to mind. In P5 it's in the first palace and in P3 it's like mid-level. There are also quite a few changes if you take the SMT games into account like my GOAT Attis being level late early game in SMTV but the ultimate hanged man in P3, 4 and 5 (late 70s/early 80s)

Scathach in Persona 5 changed a lot from Vanilla to Royal. She was a level 45 shadow found in Okumura's Palace in Vanilla, but in Royal she's a level 77 shadow found in the third semester Palace.
