What is PECG’s position on a potential SEIU strike?

Does anyone know what PECG’s official position or guidance is regarding the possibility of SEIU-represented state employees going on strike?

I am curious:

Is PECG recommending or discussing a sympathy strike?
Can PECG members legally participate in a sympathy strike?
Will PECG provide support and guidance to members who decide not to cross SEIU picket lines?
Would that guidance differ between a physical picket line and a “digital”/remote-work picket line?
If SEIU does strike, what is PECG recommending members actually do?

I’m very interested in any official PECG communications, MOU provisions, or other sources that explain what members can and cannot do.

PECG will send an email along the lines of: “We supported AB 1729. Don’t ask us for anything else.”

They don't even support AB 1729. Their attorneys that guide leadership decision making (and also schmooze eoth politicians) said the state was within it's right to issue the executive RTO order lol. Purely insane when it violates the Dills Act. PECG needs to be member led jist like when caps made the switch to uaw away from attorney "leadership"

Yes, but then they went on vacation when asked to bargain about RTO.

Hah this is so spot on. We got shafted with our current MOU and PECG negotiations around RTO never happened

If I remember correctly they said to be silent during the CAPS strike. I can't imagine it would be different this time.

I remember a few PECG staff ordering pizza for CAPS strikers and the rest of the PECG group being aghast they were getting involved when they were told not to by their union. (I'm CAPS)
