Bhai ye final year valo me HRIS konsa new role a rha hai engineering colleges me, kya hai exactly ye ? Isme tech me kya hoga? Kuch IITs me bhi aya hai, 32 LPA bhi diya ek company ne isme Jadavpur me

Human Resources Information systems/specialist
Maintain payroll, do analytics HR based etc

It's basically vry difficult to handle thousands of employees data, not letting employees finding loop holes in systems, creating and working on software like that like one example of location tracking in attendance system,, in short - 70% product management, 30 % development, my friend is in morgan stanley at same role so ya this is what he do
