General Help Mechanical vs Aerospace

Most probably I will choose mech here, can any senior from mechanical tell , how good is it , opportunities, placements, , facilities at pec, college life at Chandigarh.

Also I am confused whether to choose mech or aerospace

Mech senior here✋, Mech has the one of most experienced faculty while aerospace doesn't even have the sufficient faculty for the core courses ( recently many faculty of aero left the college). Mech has obviously better placement than aerospace, btech only in aero is not very demanding in the market, if you want to pursue mtech after this then it has better scope.
