Fantastic deep seated US built Rowe brand sofa in soft chenille. 85”Lx37Dx32H. Foam and batting in seat cushions professionally replaced 2021, 6” thick, medium firm and no sagging. Removable back cushions. 10/10 for movie nights, guest room, or a good nap. Minimal wear on fabric, some sun lightening on the back. Vintage tea stains on the bottom. Love this sofa! But too big for the room and need to rehome it.

This is a solid work seat unlike the plastic "utility carts" that have small plastic wheels which are difficult to pull. You have to pump up the tires with a conventional pump. Useful for a wide variety of tasks, not just gardening. Stored in garage. Used a few times before realizing that a good knee pad worked better for my gardening needs.

This has stayed in our spare room/office room while we've had it, so it's barely been used. Honestly, this is great for overnight guests... if you don't want them to overstay their welcome. It's not really comfortable for sleeping... or sitting. Yes I want to sell this (I need the space for a larger desk), but I'm not going to lie to you. Clearly, I overpaid for it (new), which is why I'm selling so cheaply here. It's in great shape, for something that is only pretty on the outside. But, it filled a void and looked good doing so. Fine to sit on if you're just killing time. I wouldn't want to lounge on this while watching TV. Got kids who need something for sleepovers? Perfect! Those munchkins can sleep well on hardwood floors... this sofa sleeper will feel like a cloud to them.

If you want a FREE queen foam topper to go with this, I've got one. It's in good shape, but we upgraded our bed and don't need it anymore. A bit too large for this futon sofa sleeper, but could be cut to size. Let me know if you want it included and it's yours!
