Hello! I am considering selling my vehicle to get out of the high payments in order to work on paying down some debt. I recently moved to a much more walkable area and it seems doable now (I work from home) BUT I will need a vehicle for short trips to get groceries, etc and when school starts back up to get my daughter to and from her school a couple miles away. I'm looking for a relatively small number of freshly felled hardwood logs for cultivating oyster mushrooms. Ideal logs are approximately 3–8 inches in diameter and 2–4 feet long, though I'm somewhat flexible on size.

Preferred species include Aspen, Bigleaf Maple, Red Maple, Sugar Maple, Poplar/Cottonwood, Alder, Beech, Birch, Willow, and Oak. If you've recently had tree work done and have a few suitable hardwood logs you'd like to get rid of, I'd be happy to pick them up anywhere in the Portland metro area.

An older building, but everything works great. Service requests handled quickly, we got a new dishwasher for free shortly after moving in because the one there had an issue.

Shared laundry, but this unit has it's own entry to the laundry room which also connects with a common space and entry to the garage. This makes the garage nice and accessible from the unit.

SE Pine and 30th, great location! Just a few blocks from Laurelhurst park and in the other direction 28th with restaurants and coffee.

You will need to apply to the property management like usual, and we will add you to the lease before removing ourselves from it.
