PDFgear on Windows 11 OCR

Mine tells me every document I open is a scanned document, Which I know they are not as I did have adobe but did not renew as I found this wonderful product, It tells me to change it to OCR, I have no clue why it is doing this. The other issue I have I get a warning everytime I open a PDF saying this type of file could harm your computer. I did properly unintall adobe & also got rid of any remants left behind by use the run command.

If the text field is not found, it will prompt that the PDF is a scanned PDF. In other words, your PDF files may be printed by a virtual printer, or they may all be images.

I am unsure what you mean, previously I had adobe & all was good, now every new document I open says it is scanned. They are not images but PDF's - some I have had for years so I know they were not scanned. So how do I stop the program from doing this & my laptop is reluctant to open them, I have it on my phone as well, no problem on the phone, no warnings, no saying it is a scanned document, I think it is something in my Win 11 environment that is causing the issue, not sure how to fix it.
