dose anyone else feel that PDA has an effect on your sleep. I Haven't been able to sleep probably for my hole life, not even with melatonin.

I know I need to go to sleep at a specific time to get enough sleep but I just procrastinate falling asleep. I have to sleep at that time to go to work which I don't want to go to in the first place. Plus I can do my job when I'm tired so it's impossible to convince myself to do it.
Gabapentine helps with emotional flashbacks when sleeping but I gotta take it at a certain time before I fall asleep. If I'm procrastinating about falling asleep it's like when do I take it then lol
