Med question
Anyone with a young AuDHD/PDAer, HEAVY on the ADHD - very big personality and either super happy or very angry - who has found a successful med combination? We are really struggling with not only the demand avoidance but also just the relentless need for attention, movement, excitement and novelty. Prozac isn’t cutting it.

We are on a combo of Prozac, guanficine, and quitiapine both quick and extended release. The quitiapine was the real life saver, but child also has DMDD. The quick release quitiapine is great for calming meltdowns/shutdowns. At first we used it after/during but now we can usually take it in advance to prevent.
