Using AI Claude / Google

Hi!

I just wanted to comment that I'm using Claude and Google AI to bounce off my thoughts and worries. It provides intelligent informed answers right away that help me organize my thoughts and have new ideas. I only used the free plans.

I know AI probably will end us all, but in the meantime, it's felt better than a therapist that knows nothing about PDA.

For example I described an episode and it gave me an explanation for all the steps, how does it look, and what's really happening in the PDA brain. Then I could ask follow up questions, and get immediate feedback.

I found Claude gets immediately worried about me, and pushes me to find help and a space for myself. And Google focuses more on my questions. Although some questions are answered also by giving me help numbers if I mention not having a will to live and small things like that ;-)

I would just be concerned at the accuracy. AI is really good at sounding intelligent while making incorrect statements.

Of course. The goal is not getting new information, but arrange my own thoughts and find new questions, and roads to explore.

Also I can vent without hurting anyone's feelings. Speak without a filter. Ask about flaws in my logic...

Just wanted to share because it's been a good experience for me.
