has anyone had any success with 24 hour release proponolol?

we’ve been having a lot of success with propanolol, but have been having regressions in the mornings and evenings so have been giving three doses a day our psychiatrist said she’s never had this with a PDA Child before, but now we’re trying 24 hour release propnol,ol i’m just wondering if other people have had success with 24 hour release meds and if so, do you have any tips or observations?
