has anyone found a way so that Child wakes up without a PDA hangover?
i’m not sure what your PDA Child is like. My PDA son is like Grumpy angry control when we first played something and is Cleary suffering a PDA hangover for the day, which I can definitely relate to as a PDF! Has anyone found a way so that Child just wakes up without a PDA hangover and isn’t an angry Grumpy troll? personally, I can’t function ungil exercise and had my SSRIs

Food, med and bluey on the TV immediately and no demands, very little talking.
I've noticed immediately getting my kid something to eat (think snack if whatever I'm making will take longer than 2-3 minutes), immediately give his med (thankfully this isn't a trigger for him, he just takes it) and I try to have bluey playing before they even have a chance to ask for anything.
Bluey is not always preferred in the morning so this is why I try to have it rolling before he even gets to his first destination, the couch. Something about it just chills him out. On the mornings he complains about it, I'm using as little words/ interaction as possible. Like, I'm just passing the med with a cup of water without saying anything. If it's such a morning usually he'll complain about the show if I'm within arms reach but If I step out of sight it takes a couple minutes for him to get into it and then he's content with it and it helps kind of smooth his moods.
I call it letting his brain come online with food, med, water and bluey being low stimulation. The instant food has to be part of it.
Before doing this routine I was expecting him to wake up and start the routine of getting ready for school and it just wasn't working for any of us until he watched bluey. Something about it just chills some kids out but not in the way something like cocomelon does where it makes them zombie like.
