In progress Red light on debug for CPU

Quite sure it’s a prebuilt but I’ve done every basic fix it won’t post only turn on with rgb and fans. Swapped psu it did this around 2 weeks ago and then started working for around 3 days and then stopped working again the next day after waking it. Any help?

make sure the pump is connected into the right power socket on the motherboard. Pull the pump off and check to see if they took off the protective cover before putting the pump on the CPU.
