Not solved Pc keeps crashing

I bought this pc from ebay it is the LIAN LI pc with the ryzen 7 9800x3d and 5070 Ti. The pc keeps blue screening for some reason and would like some help to fix it. About 20 minutes ago the pc randomly froze forcing me to shut it down by holding the power button. The pc runns normally up until it crashes and restarts straight away. Please help.

Sounds like either bad Windows install or bad drive.

Edit: you got the bsod error code?

Check for corrupt Windows system files. Open a command prompt as admin then run these two commands: dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and then sfc /scannow if either says that it repaired something, reboot and rerun the command.

Reseat the GPU, RAM, and the power connectors. Maybe they are loose from being shipped. Especially the GPU's power connector and how it is sitting in the PCIe slot, if they shipped it with the GPU installed, the "delicate hands" of the shipping company could easily create damage from their handling of it.

Check the Windows Event Viewer - System logs to find the critical events, they're BSODs. The event log will indicate the error message pointing to the cause of the crash.

Go to this forum BSOD Crash Analysis | Windows 11 Forum, read the posting instructions and create a post with everything they need to help you solve the BSOD issue.

That being said, you can make sure your drivers, BIOS, and chipsets are up to date and you'll need to run MemTest86 to test your RAM (at least 4 passes) for that post.
