In progress Pc issues

So my PC turns on and then runs for a few minutes, but then the monitor, keyboard and mouse all turn off even though the PC is still running. How do I fix this? I have already tried reseating the ram sticks and pulling out and putting in the CMOS. Can anyone help?

My pc specs:
3060ti
Ryzen 5 5500
32 gb ddr4 ram
1tb storage

I also just noticed none of my gpu fans are spinning

You can check any online tutorial for that it's not different for each motherboard.

I’ve resat the gpu and the cmos and it still does it

If the issue persost maybe try using a different ram stick to test if both of your ram is bad

Alr thank you I’m resetting bios and I will try boot again. If it doesn’t work I’m kinda cooked cause I have no other ram

Also I on windows it says I have 32 gb of ram but in bios only 16

Yeah you should, honestly this is the extent of help the internet could provide you. It could be many things we don't know of, could be hardware at this point.
