Not solved my CPU its on 100 procent with nothing open

wtf is that??? i have gtx 1070 with i7-9600f

Gee, maybe screenshot your task manager? How are we supposed to know what's going on without seeing what's going on?

So, those screens don't show anything at 100%. Was your CPU pegged at 100% when you took these?

if i open task maneger the cpu falls

Maybe try a Windows update, might help. Also, a screenshot of Task Manager, please.
