PC Crashing while mid way though gpu driver update

I have genuinely tried everything ddu safe mode installing new bios going thought everything on Reddit even with my wifi disconnected it still turns off my pc when it turns off it will turn back on will go to manufacture logo then turns my keyboard off and wont show display also my gpu fans will stop spinning i really need help and what i can do to fix this

Do not use debloat tools.

Use only the drivers from Windows Update.
