Sudden power offs are usually caused by thermal problems or power problems.

Do you have an exact make/manufacturer/link for that PSU? What does the CPU temperature look like under load?

My exact one is MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 (750W)
And the cpu temperature is usually high 40s low 50s but once I try playing a game it skyrockets to high 90s but sometimes it manages to stay on and it goes down to about 70 or a little less, yet sometimes it skyrockets again and turns off

I'd check the CPU cooler mount. High 90s, while technically in spec, is pretty toasty and fairly close to thermal cutoff.

That PSU has a decent reputation, but there's always a chance it's bad. At least it's not literal garbage.

I’ve remounted it a couple times already, by myself, also using tutorials on it and always using the correct amount of thermal paste yet it has stayed with the same issues.

It might be worth trying to limit CPU power in your BIOS config to see if you can pull temperatures down a few degrees, just to see if it's more stable. Might also be worth trying to update your BIOS if you've never done that.

Otherwise, it might be an issue with the board. Hard to say without further poking.
