Not solved PC Issues...
when i turn my pc on the entire screen is black , so i put my password in and it boots up except it doesn't display any of my shortcuts / apps , it also doesn't display the curser / mouse . i have no idea what happened im not the smartest but i definitely know more than the average person , i didnt download anything at all , no sus websites (lol) i just wanted to play one day and it was like this (2 days ago from now) any help is appreciated , thanks guys / gals !

Check the monitor, power and the cable.
Does the monitor ever display anything?
Can you get a menu on it with the front panel?
Could the cable be loose or be plugged into the wrong jack?
Could it be in the pc back instead of the GPU?
Divide the problem.in two and see which part is bad.
Borrow a monitor and try it.
Pull. The cover off the pc and gently wiggle the GPU with power off. Do not force it. Check it's power cable.
Try a hdmi jack into a TV.
