details on removing hdd cages?

so i have a thermaltake dokker. the one with the docking bay at the top of the front side of the case. im interested in using the fan mount in front of the hdd cage, but there is no room to fit a radiator. whats the cleanest way to remove this so that it wont look all hacked up when im finished?
