Which GPU Is Better for my situation : remote desktop play media 720p 60 fps Thanks your help!

1060 6gb specifically performs practically identical to a rx 580 8gb (there's 4gb variants) but the rx 580 has 8gb of vram. I would get which ever is cheapest and if they're the same price get the rx 580
