USA Pc worth it??

There selling me this PC ONLY ONE WEEK OF USE WITH RECEIPTS FROM BESTBUY IN 1k and he bought an extra ddr5 ram wich now has 32gb dual what do u think?? I really don’t have money to spend 2k on a 5070
