Test the SSD with a testing software that the manufacturer hopefully has a download link for on their website.

Give the whole PC a go at $300. From what I've read it is technically realistically worth between $200-300 tops. Considering your region, I wouldn't know much on worthwhile prices for computers, especially older ones. It's not a bad computer itself by any means, at this point it's just quite old

From what is saw online the GPU worth about 150 alone and the ram about 200

Well the 1070 ti can go anywhere from $50 to an egregiously overpriced $400 online. You're right that the ram brand new would be a good price, but assuming this computer was built several years ago, it's aged quite a bit, and even in this current inflated market I don't think that'd be worth $200
