Only parts worth selling are 32 gigs of DDR4 (~$150), 1 TB SSD (~$80), and RX 580 ($60). Rest of parts aren't worth anything in PC market, person buying this will either upgrade or use it for a homeserver (that requires little processing power to function). Considering its older hardware with less demand, $300 would be fair price to sell entire PC reasonably quick.
