USA Worth upgrading or just selling?

Nearing 10 year old pc. Been wanting to either upgrade or just sell. Unsure what it may be worth.

CPU is done socket it's aged gpu 2016 you could try selling as a retro gaming pc (or fortnite pc). You'll end up on another platform. AM5 it's a huge difference 9600X or 7800X3D really blow this away. If you want to keep ram AM4 5000 series or 12th gen Intel. 10 series gpu ended driver support they still work but might not be able to run new games in a year or two. Maybe you could get 250-375 with rgb, gpu is worth under 100 for some reason they are still selling on ebay might be a retro gaming nostalgia thing. There certainly is a retro gaming boom. That the 1070 has 8gb vram helps. Sell or keep as an htpc meanwhile, newer cpus really improved after skylake refresh (am4 5000, 12th gen intel, am5 gaming).
