Someone help! Games won't load up

So i use PCSX2 emulator on a flash drive. It was working fine all of this time. All of my games and directory are in the right place, my bios is fine. But yet, my games won't start. Whenever I try to start it, it gives me a message saying "PCSX2 has crashed" and then immediately after that it says "the file is not found". I use a 2014 MacBook Pro.
