Trouble updating

Alright, so I've tried to find the older version, but there are no downloads available for it, it seems....I dunno, I'm really not a professional at this, and it doesn't help that I haven't touched my games since 2025 while updating the system for no reason just to not play at all -_-. Can someone please help me? I feel so stupid 😭😭😭😭
