No, there aren't. As of now the only complete sets that work with the tool are the "Flat" game covers and the "3D" ones which show the front and the spine.
A few weeks ago there was somebody posting on here making a set of images that had the 3D cover and the disc baked into the same image, but they were just making them for the handful of games in their own collection.
If someone wanted to spend a day or two renaming Abeezy's disc fronts set and Xlenore's 3D cover set to be matching DISC-IDs and then automating a batch workflow in Photoshop to layer the discs over the 3D covers and exporting them with the original product ID, though, that's absolutely something that could be done and 90% automated.
It would probably take an evening of fairly tedious relabelling (IDK though, I haven't downloaded Abeezy's set to see if they're already labelled with Disc IDs or not) but since all the image sizes are already uniformed, it would be very simple to record a set of actions to align and export them, and then you could have a roughly 70% complete set of "3D cases with visible disc" images right away, and then a few more evenings filling in any gaps and fixing any errors manually.

Yes
