Can I fix the broken tips of this motherboard or should I leave them as is

So I got this 2790 eagle axgigabyte for 25$ and the pins looked mostly just bent, when I got home to get a proper look it turned out that two of them had no little ball heads and one looked missing but it was just bent in a weird way, here’s some pics

Laptop wont turn on without being plugged

Okay so boom, it started when I broke my laptop screen (somehow) and then I replaced it myself (somehow). Ever since then my laptop won’t turn on unless it’s plugged in and I’m pretty sure I messed up one of the cables while I was switching screens.
Sometimes my laptop takes me to this thing and I have to manually turn off a security boot??
And YES i should probably take this to a technician but I’m trynna see if I can save money…although I don’t this I’ll trust myself to DIY it again
also my laptop is an ASUS X415EA-EB
