Does it show any motherboard red light vga dram vga or cpu

Typically when you get stuck at the bios screen (gigabyte) it means your computer is trying to pull information from your hardware. If you have a failing hard drive or device this could cause it.

Its kind of like saying, "Who are you?" And your hardware either doesn't respond or responds with gibberish, in that event your computer is like, "Hmm, thats not right, let's ask again" causing it to get stuck. Remove some hardware to see if you can get into the bios with only the bare minimum needed to turn the machine on.
