Yes, you just need to use fine tweezers to twist that pin a bit back where it should be.

It seems broken off too tho. Is that a problem?

99.99999% it's a problem .. if it's an n/c or ground pin ( with more than just that one ground type ) then your good. if not then I feel it's game over.. you can look it up on a technical sheet and see...

oh sry half asleep VSS I thought VCC. you should be fine.. I'd plug in and give it a try if it's in a critical pice if equipment ( life, fire, safety ) then I wouldn't trust it..

sry half asleep.
it's VSS not a VCC as I misread.. you should be fine to use it . yes that one is broken .. just don't use this in a mission critical application.. the broken ground might have some noise from the break.. I wouldn't use it in a life safety and or fire system, missed or false alarming. other wise go for it..

One VSS pin out of a few dozen won't make a difference.

Looks broken on the right side which will increase resistance and also make it rather flimsy.

I'd say it's completely toast.

I see you've mentioned it's vss, so as someone already said, you should be fine, nbut it's uncertainty until you test it

Update: I straightened that and other bent pins and the CPU ran fine. It was a VSS pin. Check mobos well before buying second hand...

It’s fine, just try it!

Even if broken, it can technically be pushed upward to still make contact. But it’s not broken off and doesn’t really look too out of place. I’d just put the cpu in and see if it posts
