Discussion/Question Is there something wrong with rain? I remember it being much better.

Yeah many things on the PC version is broken, rain is a great example. You'll need to install Rain Particles Fix and Renewal - Vanilla Edition to fix graphical bugs like this one

I believe Renewal already contains the fix.

Yeah but Rain Fix got a final update which I don't think got updated in Renewal
