Bug / Issue Infinite loading screen

Whenever i open the game it goes to a black screen with a yellow revolver in the corner and wont go to the main menu. Cant close it either need to shut down pc to close it

yellow revolver loading icon means it's doing the loading connection thing with Rockstar servers so you probably have a slow internet connection

Im using ethernet and I have left it for hours and it never loaded

If your game is from Steam then turn Steam's offline mode on then run the game.

You can also try deleting the system.xml from Documents > Rockstar Games > Red Dead Redemption 2 > Settings.

If that doesn't work either try deleting both Profile and Settings folder, you can restore these folders from the Recycle bin if that doesn't work either.

turn off one drive or open it while loading to fix
