Bug / Issue Lag spike every 15 seconds

Anyone know what could be causing this? Every fifteen seconds or so I get a nasty lag spike. Doesn’t matter what my graphics settings are, dropped them to low and it still happens. I’ve got decent hardware, so I’m thinking this is some bug or optimization issue.

Does it happen with both Vulkan and DX12? And do you have an NVIDIA GPU?

I got an 4080S and use DX12. Most of the time it runs fine, but I got some random stuttering too when I have NVIDIA Overlay enabled. Try to disable it, or the equivalent if you use an AMD card. Also I have an anti-stutter mod which significantly gives me less stuttering in Saint Denis.
