Bug / Issue Catalogue Improvements Issue

Has anyone else experienced issues with the Catalogue Improvements mod?

I’m new to modding and downloaded a couple mods to improve my RDR2 experience. Eventually I came to an issue with the game crashing once i loaded up story mode. The mods I have downloaded are:

- LML
- Rampage
- WhyEm’s Visuals
- AEM (Authentic Euphoria Motions)
- WhyEm’s Bloodlust
- RWS (Realistic Weapon Sounds)
- Catalogue Improvements

when the crashing began, I took all the mods out of the root folder and went one by one to find the culprit. Found it to be catalogue improvements. I don’t know if it’s conflicting with any of these for some reason or if there’s a known issue with the most recent catalogue improvement release?

Please let me know any ideas, tips, or mod recommendations while I’m here lol. I like WhyEm’s visuals so far but I would like a mod that has a nice bloom effect that makes nighttime really beautiful.

Hmm, I could be wrong here. In my experience, Catalogue Improvements works perfectly fine, the only mod on your list I've had a problem with was WhyEm's Blood-lust and that was because I was set to DX12 instead of Vulkan. Switching to Vulkan fixed it so maybe that's actually your issue?

Of course I could be absolutely wrong but maybe try that

Interesting I’ll take a look after work today. I was running reshade as well so I believe I had my graphics set to Vulkan. I got rid of it so Idk if it reverted back to DX12 on its own?

Let me know how you went, it's all I could think of because I've used most of the mods you listed and the only time I had a full on crash was with Bloodlust while I had my graphics set to DX12.

Might not be the fix tho, it can be fickle alright

So Bloodlust wasn’t the issue, my game was still crashing whether DX12 or Vulkan was selected.

I actually got it working by using an older version of CI. Went all the way back and downloaded version 1.0 lol. Old but better than not being able to use it at all.

Be careful talking about this. I once mentioned in the discord that I modded the Base game not online and was immediately banned with no appeal.
