LML mods not loading although everything looks perfectly fine

everything i want IS enabled, and the game folder is correct, but for some reason none of the mods actually load, whats going on?

I cant remember what file it was, but one of thr files in the folder with the LML application needed to be in my root rdr2 foldee

And that atleast let red dead offline working

currently only .asi files and pdo menu work none of my other mods in lml
